Where do shapes begin


Part of the research Earth’s Veneer, the work frames asphalt as a principle of ascending and descending, negotiating between weight, gravity, and elevation




In ninety six hours, two lineair bodies enter a shared momentum. Aluminium bends under the asphalt’s weight. The beam drifts toward the convex space beneath it, guided by void rather than structure.



 

Asphalt - A line - An etching on geographical scale - A composite rock - somewhere between solidiefied and the constant alteration to circomstances.
